Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Tianyi NHD products. To protect consumer rights while maintaining fair business practices, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, based on the delivery confirmation date.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, manuals, labels, accessories, and related materials must be included and intact.

The product must be suitable for resale.
The Company reserves the right to reject any return request if the product has been opened, used, damaged, altered, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Return requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Products damaged, contaminated, or altered due to customer actions.

Products that have been opened and returned for personal reasons, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, preference, or suitability concerns.

Promotional, clearance, discounted, or customized products (if applicable).
3. Return and Refund Process
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team at desmand@inbyheights.net and provide:

Reason for the return

Supporting photos (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided with return instructions and the designated return address (Singapore or another specified warehouse location).
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Actual Amount Paid for the Product − Applicable Outbound and Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Orders purchased using coupons, discounts, promotional credits, or special offers will be refunded based on the actual amount paid.
5. Defective or Faulty Products
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue that is not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling by the customer:

The Company will bear the reasonable shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.

We will, at our discretion, either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund.
To facilitate the review process, customers may be required to provide photographs or other evidence of the alleged defect.
