2. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Mainland China

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, logistics conditions, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Fees
Singapore

Free shipping on orders of SGD 150 or above.

A flat shipping fee of SGD 8 applies to orders below SGD 150.
Mainland China

Free shipping on orders of RMB 800 or above.

A flat shipping fee applies to orders below RMB 800. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
We will arrange shipment as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days may be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, including tracking information where available.
You may track your shipment through your order details page or directly on the courier's official website.
6. Delivery Issues
The Company is not responsible for delivery failures, returns, delays, or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related reasons.
Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
